Speakers: Jim Kovarik and Don Samulack
Learn about the importance of grants, and
get advice on making each component clear and
persuasive.
About the speakers:
Don Samulack is the director of the Scientific Editing Department at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and provides grant writing instruction and support to researchers.
Jim Kovarik is an instructor at
the University of Memphis and a freelance editor. He has
led multiple workshops on grant writing and authored
the book How to Write a Proposal.
