Hosted by the STC Mid-South Chapter
During this full-day workshop,
international usability professional Leanne Logan will explain
the what, when, where, why, and how of interviewing your users to determine whether your tools are meeting their needs.
As an attendee, you can gain hands-on experience conducting a low-cost, formal usability test, which you can use as a model for usability assessments at work.

Usability testing will be recorded. Attendees are welcome to bring their own equipment, such as a video camera and tripod, digital or film camera, or tape recorder. |
